ROSENDALE Ulster County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday arrested a Hyde Park man following an investigation into allegations of unlawful sexual contact in the Town of Rosendale. Jonathan M. Randolph, 24, of Hyde Park, was charged with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act, felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
