The owners of the former Nevele resort in Ulster County today announced they will seek state support to open a sports facility with 750 video-lottery terminals. The Nevele was one of 16 developers who sought a casino license from the state, but were not among the three chosen Dec. 17. It was the only proposal in Ulster County and one of three for the Catskills.
