Ulster man held, accused of nearly driving head-on into car in which infant son was riding

An 18-year-old man from the hamlet of Glasco was being held without bail Friday night at the Ulster County jail following what police described as a road rage incident in which Tyler Brinkhuis nearly drove head-on into the path of a car in which his infant son was a passenger.
