TOWN OF ULSTER Joseph P. Olen, 38, of Kingston, faces felony charges that he made fraudulent charges at the Sam's Club here while employed at the store, according to town police. Town of Ulster Police arrested Olen on July 18 following their investigation of a larceny reported at the Sam's Club.
