The Golub Corp. has been hit with another federal lawsuit accusing the owner of the Price Chopper/Market 32 supermarket chain of not properly paying overtime. Maria Austin of Ulster County, who works as a loss prevention manager at one of the stores, claims she routinely worked 50 to 60 hours weekly, and was expected to be available by cell phone 24/7, but wasn't paid overtime.
