Authorities say a 17-year-old girl has died after she was hit by a vehicle while walking alongside a Hudson Valley road. The Daily Freeman of Kingston reports the Ulster County Sheriff's Office says Jennifer Curry, of Kingston, was walking north on the shoulder of the southbound side of a road around 2:30 p.m. Thursday when she was hit by a car.
