Johnson was charged with three counts of third-degree rape, a felony; and one count of fourth-degree computer tampering, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Ulster Town Justice Marsha Weiss and was being held without bail in Ulster County Jail, pending a Tuesday court appearance.
