Ulster County Sheriff Paul J. Van Blarcum wants people to carry guns for protection after the San Bernardino, California attack that left 14 people dead. Van Blarcum posted on Facebook that anybody in Ulster County, New York who can legally carry a gun should carry a weapon on them in response to "recent events that have occurred in the United States and around the world."
