A grand jury has decided not to bring up charges in the death of a Hudson Valley man who was shot and killed after he stabbed three people while high on PCP and synthetic marijuana. The Ulster County grand jury was convened after police say 25-year-old Rodshan Pittman "went berserk" in June and used a steak knife to stab a man and two women in Plattekill.
