A judge has granted $1 million bail to a Hudson Valley dentist charged with fatally poisoning his lover's husband four years ago. An Ulster County Court judge approved bail Tuesday for 48-year-old Gilberto Nunez, of Poughkeepsie, who's charged with second-degree murder of Thomas Kolman, of Saugerties .
