A Hudson Valley dentist accused of fatally poisoning his lover's husband four years ago has been released from jail after posting a $1 million bond. Ulster County Jail officials told the Daily Freeman of Kingston that 48-year-old Gilberto Nunez, of Poughkeepsie, was released Thursday afternoon.
