Actor Robert De Niro says he'll reimburse a town nearly $130,000 in legal fees it incurred defending its assessment of his Hudson Valley property. The settlement, first reported Tuesday by The New York Times , was reached with the town of Gardiner, in Ulster County 70 miles north of New York City.
