Though all ballots are yet to be counted, state Sen. Cecilia Tkaczyk declared victory on the Green Party line in the 46th Senate District race last week. Tkaczyk took 26 votes in Ulster County and another 15 votes in Albany County, with ballots in Schenectady, Greene and Montgomery counties yet to be counted as of late last week.
