Ulster County public works head to retire

Ulster County's Commissioner of Public Works David Sheeley will retire at the end of the month, according to Ulster County Executive Mike Hein. Sheeley served in the role for 10 years and helped in critical events such as the recovery after Hurricane Irene by re-opening 84 roads in less than three weeks.
