Ulster County sheriff's officials say a 23-year-old man has been arrested on charges of vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving after he failed to stop at an intersection and hit an SUV, killing the driver. Officials tell The Times Herald-Record that Tyler Grable plowed into a Jeep Liberty driven by 50-year-old Kelly Utter.
