EnCon officers rescue deer, catch rattler

Just about anyone who lives upstate would probably recognize the sight of a fawn, although the one depicted below one had strayed into some trouble by tumbling into a Saratoga county basement that was under construction. And rattlesnakes have long been known to inhabit generally mountainous or rocky sections of upstate - this one was found in the back yard of a home in Mount Tremper, Ulster County.
