New polls in the 19th Congressional District show Zephyr Teachout and John Faso leading by double digits in their respective Democratic and Republican primary races. Teachout, the 2014 gubernatorial primary challenger to Gov. Andrew Cuomo, leads Will Yandik by 30 points in a Time Warner Cable/Siena College poll of likely Democratic primary voters released Tuesday night.
