Two years ago, QuickChek was an unknown name to most Hudson Valley, N.Y., residents, but the company has since built eight convenience store/gas stations in Ulster and Orange counties, building a name for itself in a new market, according to a report in the Mid-Hudson News . Quick Chek, a chain of more than 120 fresh-food convenience store locations throughout New Jersey and southern New York, operates more than 120 retail locations in New Jersey and southern New York, including 12 pharmacy stores and 24 locations with fuel.
