An Ulster County grand jury has indicted a Woodstock man on 22 felony counts relating to possession and promoting child pornography, according to the Ulster County District Attorney's Office. Ernest Falconer, 63, was indicted Wednesday on 12 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor and 10 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, prosecutors say.
