WAWARSING The Ulster County Sheriff's Office charged a Wawarsing man who is a registered sex offender with failing to report a change of address. The sheriff's office said Anthony D. Pittman, 28, of Nappy Lane, Wawarsing, moved from a previous address on Capron Street in Walden without notifying either the state Department of Criminal Justice Services or Walden police within 10 days, as required by the state's Sex Offender Registration Act.
