TOWN OF SAUGERTIES Town police said a registered sex offender was arrested Thursday in Sullivan County, accused of registering a fictitious address in the Town of Saugerties when he was really living in Sullivan. Town of Saugerties police detectives said they started an investigation into the registry of Christopher Arrotta, 27, on Jan. 18. They determined that although Arrotta had listed an address in Mount Marion, in Ulster County, he was actually living in Monticello, in Sullivan County.
