The Ulster County Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday that Justin P. Michel, 25, of Walden, was arrested by sheriff's deputies and Town of Montgomery police at his home Saturday evening on a warrant charging him with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies.
