A Westchester-based maker of mechanical carbon parts for the aerospace, military and chemical industries is looking to expand in Ulster County. Ossining-based Metallized Carbon Corporation has narrowed down its choices in Ulster County to two sites: the Kingston Business Park in the City of Kingston, run by the Kingston Local Development Corporation, and a "shovel-ready" on Kings Highway in Saugerties, according to several sources familiar with the talks.
