Belleayre Resort at Catskill Park passes another hurdle as more appear

According to today's Daily Freeman , the Ulster County Planning Board has come out strongly in favor of Crossroads Ventures' luxury resort/residence complex called the Belleayre Resort at Catskill Park and calls for the towns of Shandaken, in Ulster County, and Middletown, in Delaware County, to grant final approval. First proposed 15 years ago, the long, and at times contentious proceedings seem to be grinding toward a final approval.
