Queens woman accused of prostitution at Ulster spa

A Queens woman was charged with prostitution at a spa that opened up just four days ago, police say. Xianfel Ou, 52, of Flushing, offered to do a sexual act for an undercover officer in exchange for a fee, police say. She was arraigned and sent to Ulster County jail on $3,000 cash bail. James Nani
