Accused shooter pleads not guilty in Kingston rampage

Harris, a stocky man with black tattoos wrapped around his forearms and on the side of his neck, stepped in front of Kingston City court Judge Larry Ball at about 9 a.m. after sitting in Ulster County jail overnight.
