Police: Rosendale man threatened landord with piece of wood, choked girlfriend, damaged police car
A Rosendale man accused of threatening his landlord with a piece of wood, choking and hitting his girlfriend and kicking a patrol car has been arrested, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office said.
