Judge rules in favor of reduced bonding for the Catskill Mountain Railroad

November 13 - Ulster County Supreme Court Judge Richard Mott ruled that he would allow the Catskill Mountain Railroad until November 29 to provide a $75,000 bond to be used for unfulfilled maintenance, repairs and demolition of the Big Indian Trestle when their lease finally ends in 2016, according to an article in today's Times Herald Record .
