Craig Lopez defeats Tim Distel by 9 votes for Ulster County's 14th legislatuve seat

Despite a war chest that dwarfed his opponent, Democrat Tim Distel was defeated by Republican incumbent Craig Lopez in a recount Wednesday for Ulster County's 14th legislative district by just 9 votes.
