StarKist is facing a class action lawsuit from an Ulster County man who claims the canned tuna company's products are misleading to consumers. "StarKist's products contain a brazen misrepresentation that causes consumers to falsely believe that StarKist products are healthier than products made by other food manufacturers," according to the complaint.
