The Ulster County Sheriff's Office says Monday that Daniel Petras of Tillson was pronounced dead at the scene of the Sunday afternoon crash in the town of Rosendale, 60 miles south of Albany. The sheriff's office says Petras was riding a snowmobile without a helmet when an ATV driven by 23-year-old Joshua Bennett drove into the field into Petra's path.
