Ulster County Sheriff's deputies said they responded to a domestic dispute at a home in Esopus on Friday at 9:20 p.m. They said their investigation revealed that the defendant, Jones Jones IV, 45, had placed his hand on the throat of the victim, causing loss of consciousness.
