Severe thunderstorm watch in effect for Sullivan, Ulster counties; storm coming now to Orange

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Sullivan and Ulster counties starting at 2:20 p.m. and ending 10 p.m. Meanwhile, a strong thunderstorm is being tracked heading into Orange County.
