Flamenco, Baroque, operas, Mediterranean song, shape note singing, a play about Beethoven and a celebration of zarazuelas - or Spanish musical comedy - are all in the lineup for this year's Phoenicia Festival of the Voice, set to run today through Sunday, Aug. 3, at various sites in and around Phoenicia, Ulster County.
