Police nab wanted Port Ewen man who reportedly had drugs

Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team officials said Jose Antonio Torres, aka "Big Head," 38, was stopped by members of URGENT and the Ulster County Sheriff's Office at about 3 p.m. in Eddyville.
