Cuomo taps ex-Congresswoman for running mate

Kingston - Former U.S. representative and Erie County clerk Kathy Hochul was picked by Gov. Andrew Cuomo to run as lieutenant governor Wednesday, ending speculation that Ulster County Executive Mike Hein may be tapped.
