Kingston police investigating suspicious death on West Chester Street

By about 9:15 a.m. Kingston police and the Ulster County Sheriff's Office had already begun to arrive at 122 West Chester Street, a brick Cape Cod-style home with a trimmed but yellow lawn and neat drapes in the windows.
