Lloyd nightclub case: Grand jury declines to indict 2 officers in shooting

Two police officers who shot a City of Poughkeepsie man they allegedly witnessed reach for a handgun in his waistband, following a shooting outside a Lloyd nightclub, will not face criminal charges, according to the Ulster County District Attorney's Office.
