Historic Catskill resort in NY closing for a week after virus outbreak sickened hundreds

The Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz will close at 1 p.m. Friday. It expects to reopen on Feb. 14. It is a National Historic Landmark resort and Historic Hotel of America overlooking a lake in Ulster County.
