Home sales up in Ulster, Sullivan, down in Orange

Figures from the boards of Realtors in those counties showed 75 sales in Ulster County last month, up from 68 a year earlier, 29 sales in Sullivan County, compared to 20 in January 2013, and 122 in Orange County, down from 128 a year earlier.
