Ulster nurse charged with abusing disabled patient

... on a felony charge of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. She was sent to Ulster County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. She is due to reappear in Town of Hurley court Wednesday.
