No deal reached over sales tax in meeting between Hein, Cahill and Ulster Legislature

No deal was reached Wednesday between Assemblyman Kevin Cahill, Ulster County Executive Mike Hein and members of the Ulster County Legislature Wednesday in a closed door meeting on 1 percent in county sales sales tax worth a cool $22 million.
