The man suspected of firing a gun early Friday inside an Ulster County hospital and later at police has been taken into custody in New York City, the State Police said Monday evening. Police say 42-year-old Joshua Stuart was nabbed by U.S. Marshals in Brooklyn on Monday without incident.
