More than 5,000 of those outages are in Ulster County, with 3,951 Central Hudson customers and 1,253 New York State Electric and Gas customers having no power as of shortly before 7 a.m. In Orange County, 648 Central Hudson customers, 182 NYSEG customers and 591 Orange and Rockland Utilities customers are without power.
