The bicyclist who died in Rhinebeck on Sunday while participating in a trail-riding event has been identified as a 60-year-old Ulster County man, according to multiple media reports. A Dutchess County sheriff's spokesman told the Poughkeepsie Journal that the man, David Steres of Milton, had suffered an unknown medical emergency.
