Ulster County Executive Mike Hein has negotiated a one-year, $201,600 extension to a lease for the Ulster County Family Court building at 16 Lucas Ave. The new lease proposed by Hein would pay out $67,200 for the rest of this year and $134,400 next year, not including real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance.
