Hein tells state and county legislators to back Cahill's sales tax bill

Technically flawed or not, Ulster County Executive Mike Hein has asked state and county legislators to back Assemblyman Kevin Cahill's version of a bill to allow the county to collect 1 percent extra in sales tax.
