Jeffrey Whalen, 45, a teacher in the Yorktown Central School District who had been arrested on child pronography charges in October died in a hiking accident at Mohonk Preserve in Ulster County on Saturday. An upstate New York band teacher facing child pornography charges was found dead at the bottom of a 150-foot cliff on Saturday, police said.
