Four men charged in Monday robbery of Rifton post office Updated at

The Ulster County Sheriff's office said the robbery at the post office, located on Route 213, was reported at 12:50 p.m. The sheriff's office said four men jumped on the counter and stole cash and money orders after the clerk opened the drawer for a transaction.
