The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Sullivan and Ulster counties that will be in effect until about 3 p.m. Monday through 10 a.m. Tuesday for Sullivan County and from 1 a.m. Tuesday through 7 p.m. Tuesday for Ulster County.
